# Brand

Logo, wordmark, Logicplanes Sans, and how things should look.

## Logo & wordmark

The logo and the wordmark are two different things. On the site they sit together in the top left: the logo first, then LOGICPLANES. Each still has its own rules.

### Logo

This is our logo. A small geometric icon. Use the black version on light backgrounds and the white version on dark ones. Please don't invent new colors.

- White SVG: https://logicplanes.com/brand/logo-white.svg
- Black PNG: https://logicplanes.com/brand/logo-black.png
- White PNG: https://logicplanes.com/brand/logo-white.png

### Wordmark

The wordmark is LOGICPLANES set in Logicplanes Sans semibold. Always this exact spelling and casing. Not LogicPlanes, not Logic Planes, and not lowercase when you're using it as the logo.

Wordmark text: `LOGICPLANES`
- Black SVG: https://logicplanes.com/brand/wordmark-black.svg
- White SVG: https://logicplanes.com/brand/wordmark-white.svg

### Logo + wordmark

This matches the site navbar: logo on the left, LOGICPLANES on the right, lined up by eye. They are still two separate files sitting next to each other, not one file you can freely restyle.

Keep a steady gap between them, about half the logo's width. Use this pair in headers. Use the logo alone only when space is tight.

## Color

We keep things quiet. White surfaces, near-black text, soft borders. Color is for states like errors, not for the whole look.

- `--background`: oklch(1 0 0) / #ffffff
- `--foreground`: oklch(0.145 0 0) / #0a0a0a
- `--muted-foreground`: oklch(0.556 0 0)
- `--border`: oklch(0.922 0 0)
- `--radius`: 0.5rem (8px)

Skip purple gradients, cream and terracotta defaults, glow effects, and dark-mode-first chrome.

## Typography

Every Logicplanes surface uses Logicplanes Sans — our brand neo-grotesque for product UI, marketing, and the LOGICPLANES wordmark. Headlines are semibold with tight tracking. Body text is regular with comfortable leading. Labels stay in sentence case.

## UI

Eight-pixel corners, one primary button style, and calm borders.

- Buttons and inputs use an 8px radius. No pill-shaped CTAs.
- The primary button is .btn-dark: black with a soft white gradient.
- Leave space. Prefer open layouts over cards and heavy chrome.
- No page-open or scroll entrance animations. Hover feedback is fine.
- Each section should do one job: a headline, a short line of support, then the content.

## For agents

If you're building UI for Logicplanes, stick to these rules. Use this page when you need judgment. Use the markdown URL when you need structure.

- White surfaces and near-black text.
- 8px radius on controls. No pills.
- Primary CTAs use .btn-dark.
- Logo and wordmark are separate files.
- In the navbar: logo and LOGICPLANES side by side.
- Labels in sentence case. Only the wordmark is LOGICPLANES.
- No page-open or scroll entrance animations.
- Quiet borders. Prefer space over cards.
- Typeface: Logicplanes Sans.
